Microsoft does seem to provide documentation on the various Windows APIs and the various techniques used when programming for a Windows environment, but it's never been terribly good (click here for specific problems)
The primary reason for me creating this SDK is to create a thoroughly documented set of utilities and a good documentation set necessary for writing Windows programs.
Of course, I'm willing to accept any help I can get! My idea is to make this an "Open" project, in a similar vein to many other such projects which have sprung up in many places around the world. So, if you've got a suggestion or appropriate article, please consider letting me review it for inclusion!
